Embrace

She missed his touch, the feel of being complete. Right now all she felt was the emptiness. Smoothing the pillow case on his side of the bed, tears cascaded from her bright eyes. Her fingertips clenching at the cold material drawing it close to her body trying to catch some fragrance left by him.

Laying in the empty bed she remembered.. breathing slowly in and out..she focused.. she could hear his laughter...feel the touch of his skin...taste..

"Matt" she pleaded her tears breaking her heart into a million tiny glass pieces. Laying in the cold sheets they once shared she let her mind drift to that night. She had waited all day to see him, he had gathered her in his arms and pulled her so close to him that she could feel his desire through his heart beat. When he kissed her it was like fire, and when he touched her it burned, burned and scared her memories, her heart, her soul. His mouth would devour her entirely , as he could never get enough. He was like that he devoured life, in the end it would devour him.

Memories devoured her to sleep. " Sleep my Love,Dream  of us, I will always be with you" a cold voice rang through her ears and she swore she felt his touch drawing around her.
